Final master thesis includes perception analysis of value creation and value chain in agriculture sector. After analyzing scientific papers, not only agricultural risks are distinguished and structured but opportunities of agricultural risk management tools are also discussed about. After applying econometric model, there was found out factors that have influence on agricultural output. Finally according to estimation of value creation in agricultural sector, value chain for selected type of farms was developed and prepared. After consideration of value chain analysis general scheme was suggested. Scheme reflects agricultural risks that occur from each element of created value chain. After discussion of applied theoretical and practical aspects of suggested scheme, finally conclusion, recommendation and references were provided. Structure: introduction, 3 parts of content, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consists of: 90 p. text without appendixes, 29 pictures, 16 tables, 109 bibliographical entries.
