| Abstract [eng] |
The concept of teachers' rights and duties is analyzed Master's thesis, as well as the implementation of the general education schools in Lithuania and Europe is reviewed. The teachers' attitudes toward the rghts and obligations of the implementation problems is encountered and analysed. The first part of the theoretical aspect deals with the concept of rights and responsibilities of the teachers. The second part deals with the documents govering the rights and duties of a teacher, teacher's rights and responsibilities implementation in Lithuania and Europe. The third part analyzes the attitude of teachers in the implementation of rights and obligations, and the obtained data was statistically evaluated. |
