Abstract [eng] |
In the master thesis transmitted signals of car security systems and heir security vulnerabilities are investigated. Equipment is designed to intercept and analyze these signals. An overview of the security systems used in car keys is given. Software and hardware of the programmable radio is explained. Equipment for taking over car security systems signals is designed using the programmable radio architecture. Flowchart for receiving car key transmitted signals is formed. A signal analysis algorithm is created. 27 different car key signals are analyzed. A sample car alarm system’s, which is made in Lithuania, radio signals are analyzed. The vulnerabilities of signals are investigated and measures for improving the security of transmitted signals are proposed. The work consists of 6 parts : introduction, analysis of the system of car keys, ,,Software defined radio” architecture and uses, the transmitted signal scanning equipment, car unlocking signal transmitted codes investigation, a summary of results, references and sources of information, appendices. Thesis consist of: 50 p. text without extras, 34 pictures, 29 tables, 22 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included. |
