Abstract [eng] The research analyses the impact of business digitalization on the logistics industry, human resource management (HRM) in companies within this sector, and the demand for human resource (HR) skills from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The study presents empirical research aimed at identifying the skills necessary for employees to ensure the competitiveness of logistics companies in the context of business digitalization. Based on the research findings, the study provides a framework of required skills in the logistics sector and proposes a decision-making model for their development within companies. The research is structured into three parts. The theoretical part analyzes the theoretical aspects of HRM in the context of modern business, the specifics of identifying new skill requirements, the impact of digitalization on the logistics sector, and the influence of digital technologies on employee competencies. The methodological part describes the logic, methods (focus group interviews, expert surveys), and process of the empirical research. The third part discusses the findings of the conducted research, upon which a decision-making model is proposed. Conclusions are presented at the end of the research. The research comprises 86 pages of text excluding appendices, 9 images, 26 tables, and 72 bibliographic sources, 13 annexes.
