Lithuanian and European Union documents regulating education emphasize personalized teaching and the importance of introducing innovative technologies into the educational process. In this work, great attention is paid to the fundamental task of schools to adapt to the rapidly changing technological environment, therefore, the application of technologies in the educational process is considered a key factor for achieving successful individualized education. The application of innovative technologies in the educational process in this study is understood as an adjustment that requires a change in the culture of management. On the basis of scientific literature, conditions are being designed on how schools could strive for the possibility of creating an innovative organization: a change in leadership, fostering a culture of cooperation, introducing innovative technologies. The object of the study: Management of school culture change Problematic issues: How important is management for the application of innovative technologies in the educational process? How does the management of school culture change determine the application of technology in the educational process? Purpose of the study: To analyse the influence of school culture change management in order to achieve the application of innovative technologies in the educational process. The analysis of the research data showed that the management of school culture change is a complex process closely related to the features of the existing culture, the effectiveness of which is possible when the patterns of staff interaction, community expectations, values change, and the positive school environment and the impactful leadership of school leaders support and strengthen this. The data collected by the evaluators of the project "Quality Basket", the provisions of the participants of the discussion reveal that the application of innovative technologies in the educational process is most associated with: • quality of the lesson, monitoring of students' personal progress; • educators who constantly reflect, share experiences; • self-assessment of school activities; • the quality of the digital content; • the head of the school, which strengthens and motivates teachers to act; • political decisions taken. The impact of the head of the school in the implementation of innovative technologies in schools is identified with his leadership, vision and solutions, time management skills, proactive action based on a culture of communication and cooperation, the belief that technologies can contribute to the improvement of students' motivation and achievements, the promotion of professional development of teachers, constant evaluation and adaptation, the application of data-based management, resources and support for teachers. During his studies, a scientific article was prepared: "The introduction of innovations and technologies in schools", which was printed in the publication "Celebration of Scientific Thought 2024: a collection of scientific articles for students.
