This master's thesis analyses the prehistory and composition of the trumpet as well as the peculiarities of E.Bozza's works for trumpet and piano “Caprice” and “Rustique”. The first chapter consists of two subdivisions. 1. Prehistory of trumpet and composition: design improvement and modern instrument types. 2. A brief overview of the trumpet repertoire in the 20th century in the works of French composers. The second chapter consists of two subdivisions. 1. The first subdivision describes the creative biography of E.Bozza and the second- analyses stylistic and interpretive peculiarities of E.Bozza's compositions “Caprice”, “Rustique”. |
