Abstract [eng] This master thesis analyses communication of foreign higher education institutions while using student recruitment agencies as information dissemination tool. The first part of thesis overviews previous academic work in communication of higher education institutions while also establishes the model of tools of integrated marketing communication applied in higher education institutions. The second part of literature review describes methods of operation of various agencies, whilst looking for relationships between them and student recruitment agencies. The analysis part of this thesis highlights main communication aspects of student recruitment agencies and reveals different roles used in their communication. Based on the date collected from quantitative survey, this work presents the most preferred roles by Lithuanian students. The conclusions of this can be used to improve the communication of student recruitment agencies. Structure: introduction, literature review, research, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 69 p. text without appendixes, 36 pictures, 2 tables, 59 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.
