In this thesis documentary theatre genre is introduced, and verbatim or oral, in other words – spoken history recording and its specifics in this type of theatre. Documentary theatre history is considered, also acting principles and the methods of interviewing people. In the second part of the thesis the creative process of spoken history play “Dešimtas” (“Tenth”) is being described – the inspirations, stages of work and the final result. |
