The subject of the study is the planning of the future in a public sector organization. The purpose of the research is to investigate the current state of future planning in enterprises managed by Palanga city municipality. Overview of the structure of work. The first part of the work provides theoretical insights into the future of the public sector by providing an overview of information technology development and the future workforce in the public sector. The second part of the work focuses on analysing the future insights of western European countries such as the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. The third part of the work analyses future insight trends in Lithuania and presents the analysis and conclusions of the research carried out on future planning in enterprises managed by Palanga City Municipality. |
