In the Master's thesis, the environmental factors of the logistics company that affect the activities of the logistics company have been analysed and evaluated. On the basis of the scientific literature and analysis of the studies conducted, a model of environmental assessment of a logistics company is presented and empirically verified based on expert evaluation. The first part of the thesis analyses the theoretical aspects of environmental assessment of the logistics company. The opinions of different authors about the environmental factors of companies are revealed, the terms and concepts of macro and micro environments are defined, the criteria for assessing environmental factors of the logistics company are defined, and the factors of micro and macro environments that influence the logistics company's activities are distinguished. The second part provides the methodology for the assessment of environmental factors of the logistics company: a model for the assessment of environmental factors of the logistics company, a description of the course of the study and a substantiation for the methods are provided. The third part contains an analysis of the results of the survey of environmental assessment experts of the logistics company, summarizing the results, identifying the problem areas. This part also contains a summary of the results of the environmental factors of the logistics company, presents conclusions and suggestions for improving the performance of problem areas. |
