Abstract [eng] |
The evaluation of renovated buildings has many objectives, which are characterized by different evaluation indicators. To more accurately assess the renovation of buildings and the improvement of future energy efficiency options, in-kind measurements and computer modelling is used, which helps to make more rational decisions. This work aims to perform field tests of modernization based on the existing modernized administrative building by determining the heat transfer coefficient and air parameters. Using the data collected during the research on the energy consumption of the analysed buildings and building parameters before and after the modernization, the computer modelling tool ,,DesignBuilder” to validate the simulation models according to the available annual heating, cooling and ventilation costs for each building. Based on the analysis of data and results, the analysis and quantification of energy efficiency improvement measures and additional factors were performed. The theoretical part discusses the classification of buildings according to the purpose of the building in different legal regulations, analyses the methods of building modernization, and discusses the possibilities of energy efficiency. In the analytical part of the work, we provide basic information about the methodology used in the research. The main conclution of the study - after the administrative building renovation the installation of a wake system and the renovation of external partitions led to a 66 percent reduction in heat energy needs, improving the building's microclimate parameters and ensuring comfort in the premises.Thesis consists of 84 p. text without appendixes, 51 pictures, 15 tables, 68 bibliographical entries.
